I just thought I would share with you a brief insight into the company’s philosophy.
Commitment
We are committed to our clients; as an example our very first client from 20 years ago remains a client today, having grown from a 4 user firm to a 70 user firm. We start building our partnership from our very first meeting.
Support
We pride ourselves on the high level of support we provide. Typically support issues are dealt with immediately and all of our key support staff have a minimum of 10 years legal bookkeeping experience. I still get involved in day to day support issues.
Development
Technology is changing rapidly and it is our job to bring the benefits of those changes to you in simple and friendly-to-use software. As an indication of our ongoing commitment to development, the directors recently approved a further R&D expenditure in excess of $1 million.
Passion

Developing, distributing and supporting solutions only for the legal profession for 20 years, FilePro is the 4th generation of legal practice management software that we have created. FilePro enjoys a 60% penetration into WA legal firms who utilise specialised legal practice management software. The company recently moved into the eastern states market with a company philosophy of providing a simple, friendly but high quality option in a single platform solution, with local representation.
The board and management of FilePro Pty Ltd are committed to the ongoing development and enhancement of the product based on the research and development of new trends, emerging technologies, as well as important client feedback and response. Filepro has released 6 updates in the last 12 months with over 80 new features. All users enjoy the updates at no extra cost.
Our support staff are renowned for giving very fast, professional and high quality service, indeed it is often cited that our local representatives are thought of as “staff members” by many of our customer’s.
