Both staff performance and system performance improve as a result of this tight integration. Staff training is now kept to a minimum (as they will already be using Office), making it easy and inexpensive to adopt FilePro, but your staff’s performance will improve as FilePro allows them to use workflows that have already been learnt and adopted. Fast, Easy and inexpensive deployment

We have a proven track record with deployment which minimises the transition phase in your practice.  Typically we can take a 40 user site from their existing software to FilePro in just 14 days on site, including installation, data migration, data reconciliation, training and implementation.
Obviously a considerable amount of work is completed by us in advance, and as part of our service, we do a complete office IT system audit, and give you impartial advice as to which areas of your IT resources are strong, and which need some attention. In the first week of migration while the installation and configuration is being completed, staff are only away from their workstation for a couple of hours for training and software familiarisation. We are then on site, to assist staff with the transition from the training room to the real world with a minimal impact on productivity and practice cashflow. We have such confidence in our data migration routines (with a proven track record) that we do not require you to run parallel systems. The whole event is over with the minimum of disruption and down time.
