FilePro Business Continuity Statement
To our valued clients,
In response to the global COVID-19 outbreak that we are collectively responding to, we want to advise that FilePro has implemented business continuity procedures to provide uninterrupted levels of service and support to our clients whilst ensuring the safety of both staff and clients.
Business Continuity procedures include:
- Our staff – All staff have been set up to operate from their homes
- Hours of operation – In order for our support team to communicate internally, the phone system will be unavailable from 9:00am to 9:30am (AWST) each business day. Aside from this, normal hours of operation will apply (9:00am AEST to 5:00pm AWST)
- Client support – Our standard lines of communication are in place. For all support queries, you can phone 1800 049 790 or email email@example.com
Our training will, for the foreseeable future, be conducted remotely via webinars and our Online Learning Hub. Dates and times for our scheduled courses will be published on our website. Our objective is to continue providing your staff with readily available FilePro training, in a safe environment.

We will continue to monitor Government updates, as well as the effectiveness of our procedures, and adapt as required. We do not foresee any major disruption to our services.
