How the Checklist Works works

1- Team buy in

If the introduction of technology is to be successful, team buy-in is essential. Explain the reasons for the change and agree on the goals, internal champions, project mandatories and resources needed.

2 – Review

For each package, you use or research answer the nine key areas in the due diligence checklist. For those providers that ‘pass’ to your shortlist, ask for a demo to address any additional requirements of your team.

3 – Compare

For each shortlisted provider, ask for references from their clients to confirm implementation experience and ongoing service levels and training support. Can they rely on their provider?
