To bring it in, we’re excited to announce a new initiative that will help you throughout the entire year – Unlimited Training.
Unlimited Training means you can send any or all of your staff to attend any of our training courses – at no additional cost and whenever needed.
Our WA clients started enjoying Unlimited Training within their file price from 1 February. With encouraging feedback, we are now starting to roll this out in other states.
This initiative is long in the making and reflects our absolute commitment to client service. No other practice management software in Australia offers unlimited help desk support, no charge for software upgrades, no extra costs for new or additional modules and now unlimited training for all staff.
You spoke, we listened
We talked a lot last year about our client feedback survey, the responses we received and how we were addressing the challenges raised.
You have invested in your PMS system but told us that more training is needed.
More training makes sense, since a deeper knowledge of FilePro across your team will unlock more of the benefits delivered by FilePro, including increased productivity, risk mitigation and greater compliance. All of these can, of course, be passed on as improved service to your clients.
Onboarding of new staff also becomes a lot easier with Unlimited Training. Who better to run new staff through the functionality of FilePro than us?
Most of our courses also attract CPD points for Ethics, Practice Management and Professional Skills.
Best of all, the previous financial obstacle of sending staff to training is now a moot point.

Accessing Unlimited Training
I am very encouraged by the overwhelmingly positive response to the release of Unlimited Training over the last few weeks in WA. Feedback suggests firms that wouldn’t ordinarily send staff to training are more inclined to do so with the removal of the “per course” costing. Refresher courses such as “FilePro Essentials” are seen as a major positive for existing staff.
Although not formally released, we have already had a number of our Victorian clients opt to participate in this initiative. As we build the remote content value and add another trainer in NSW, we’ll extend this initiative to all of our clients.
Ready to get more from FilePro?
We have acknowledged that FilePro’s interface needs a facelift and are heavily invested in delivering a new look and feel. However, the features and functionality of the current programme are extensive and often underutilised.
This Unlimited Training initiative will give firms much better value from FilePro’s already comprehensive PMS solution. We look forward to seeing as many of our 4000+ users engage with us through the various training formats.
